Resolved : Outage on our hosted Exchange platform 06/09/2012
Dear Customer,

We experienced unforecasted issues with our Hosted Exchange platform on September 6th, 2012. We are very sorry for any inconvenience and owe you a sincere apology.

Our technical team has managed to set everything back up again.

The Log file Partition was full affecting 50% of our Exchange customers.
The short-term solution was to add more space to the Log volume.
The long-term actions taken are the next ones:
1- After the service was restored It was necessary to replay the databases to the passive Machine as these had become corrupt.  The service is now fully restored and functional.
2- The monitoring system has been adapted to provide advance warning regarding log file spare capacity.

Incident end date & time:    10:25
Total outage:            From late evening (05/09/12) to 10:25 (06/09/12)
