Outage on our hosted Exchange platform
Dear customers,

We experienced an outage on our Exchange Platform at 6:00AM this morning due to an unexpected issue. All machines are up again, but access to the Mailbox store is still unavailable.

We are putting online a temporary database so that you will be able to access todays mails while we recover all data back to the system.

The estimated time for service availability in one hour and the complete restore process could take up 24-48 hours. We will inform you as soon as email are recovered to the mailboxes.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We are investigating what exactly happened and will send you a detailed report about what has occurred and what steps will be taken in order to prevent this happening again.
