We're currently facing some issues on a part of our network and are actively working on solving the problem.

Update : between 05h44 and 10h13 (CEST), we have experienced unforecasted issues with our infrastructure. We are sorry for any inconvenience and owe you a sincere apology.

After a few hours of work, our technical team has managed to set everything back up again and identify the problem

A physical failure occurred on a routine engine on one of our core router.  Even if our backbone is fully redundant, some unexpected side effects had to be fixed.

05h44 - 08h59:  Internet access inoperable on SecureIT facility

08h59 - 10h13: higher latency than usual

In order to avoid similar issues in the future, the defective part has been replaced. The logs are under analysis to avoid the side effects and improve our backbone resilience.
