PROBLEM
A cluster of edge routers in Datacenter Luxembourg's backbone suffered a software fault, which stopped forwarding packet to and from the Internet for your default gateway. After resetting the virtual router instance services went back to normal operations.

SOLUTION
Your virtual routing instance gateway has been migrated to another edge router cluster. There has also been made some changes in the infrastructure to ensure higher uptime in case of a new outage on the edge router.
The root cause has been identified with the help of our hardware vendor.
Firmware upgrades will be implemented the next week. We will keep you informed accordingly.
