Incident report: fiberIP 22-12-2011

Dear Customer,

Today, we have experienced unforecasted issues with our fiberIP infrastructure. We are very sorry for any inconvenience and owe you a sincere apology.

Our technical team has managed to set everything back up again.

The problem arose on a fiberIP uplink equipment. The 2 redundant power supplies went into a faulty mode within 5 minutes, bringing down the whole equipment and therefore your fiberIP services. The whole chassis has been replaced and all services are restored with normal operations.
