Fourth Update: Mail service outage - Storage
Dear customers,

We are pleased to announce that the mailbox recreation process has been successfully closed and all the mailboxes are finally functional again.

Please note that the reactivation of your mailbox will automatically be performed at your first login using your Outlook Web App (OWA). For the avoidance of any doubt: you will not be able to access your mailbox using your Outlook client as long as you did not perform a first online login.

In the unlikely event that your Outlook client is not properly working after a first online login, you probably will have to recreate your outlook profile. Please follow for this purpose the instructions made available via our customer control panel (https://my.dclux.com). You will find the information by following the subsequent website navigation path:
Exchange tab > Mailbox name link > View setup info link in front of the protocol you want to configure

If needed, you will find below some further information regarding your POP and IMAP configurations:

IMAP 993 with SSL
SMTP 587 with SSL/TLS

Please be kindly reminded that the email backup restoration process is still in progress. It hence may be possible that your old emails have not yet been restored. You will however be able to send and receive new emails. We will keep you updated on this critical point.
